Classes and workshops at TheDrawingStudio are for ages 16 and up. They are between 1 and 2 hours and are held monthly, weekly or as individual sessions. All classes are taught by Olivia Booth, an artist and educator who has been an art instructor at the college level for over 20 years. Her classroom is lively and collaborative, with an experimental and rigorous environment that encourages students to develop their specific drawing voice.
Studio
TheDrawingStudio classes take place in the working studio of artist Olivia Booth, in a private yard with outdoor and indoor space to work. All classes are rooted in the act of drawing and its power to transform the way we see. Classes are for high school students and adults seeking to develop a drawing practice or for those looking to build portfolios. Classes are offered in-person and online.
